Terrible disgusting trash of a company

Horrible Nhlanhla was so rude to me when he was supposed to deliver my package, on Monday 16- 02-2025 and today it’s Friday I still haven’t received my package and I told them that I need my order Ackerman because it’s supposed to be someone’s birthday present tomorrow 22-02-2025 but this company ****ed it up with they rude delivery guys and call center workers , I am not getting any updates I’m the one who always have to call and ask about my package…..I tried texting on WhatsApp but no response. This company sucks terrible terrible service with disgusting attitudes . Temu should consider using another company.
