Terrible Delivery company

I have been waiting for my temu order for over 2 weeks after 3 failed delivers from them. While I sit and wait at an office during this festive period from 8am to 5pm for them to deliver and when contacting their help system via WhatsApp or chat they just say "your order has been returned it will be delivered with the next delivery"
