Terrible Delivery

I am beyond frustrated. Every single day I call to ask about my parcel, and every single day the delivery gets cancelled. The driver keeps claiming it’s “too late” or that he “can’t reach me” yet I don’t receive a SINGLE call from him. Not once.

Every time I phone in, I get the same useless response: “It’s been escalated.” Escalated to WHERE? Because nothing ever happens. No feedback. No progress. No accountability. I’m tired, irritated, and honestly shocked at how unprofessional this service is.

At this point, I regret ever having my parcel sent through Buffalo. The service is unreliable, the communication is pathetic, and the excuses are endless
