Terrible Customer Support

The initial date of my temu return was 4th February 2026 but they only made the pickup on the 7th. My items have been with them this whole time and were never returned to Temu. They told me to fix this mess, I need to log a new return request, but the date for returns as expired the 28th already. No matter how many times I explain this to them (since the 28th February), they keep bouncing me around and emailing me to open a new return request. These people don't seem to know the rears from their elbows.
