Terrible customer service from Buffalo logistics SA

It is extremely difficult to get through to you at your Jhb warehouse and to speak to a consultant, calls are just cut before they are answered and if you do sit in the Q of being nr 41 in line once you get to being the next caller in line you're told the person at that phone is no longer there!!! My parcels have also been lying around in your warehouse for 2 weeks now which is totally unacceptable!! It's really not a pleasure having to deal with you!!!!
