Terrible customer service

Meanwhile their drivers doesn’t have the decency to phone!

My parcel was out for delivery 3 times and the driver never called to let me know he was on site and rather noted on their system that “premises was closed” considering the fact he was late!

Terrible, terrible service!

If he called on his first attempt, I could’ve had my package by now, but they never contact you

On the third attempt, he claims that he tried to call with no answer but he never did!

I am so sick of buffalo!
