Terrible customer service

I have an international parcel with Buffalo logistics I received an email to pay custom tax and I paid but it still appears as if I didn't pay I tried to reach out to them via email and whatsapp as they provided if you need any assistance I even sent proof of payment but no response their customer service is very poor and my parcel still appears as unpaid
