Terrible customer service and unreachable

I’ve been waiting for a package for so long, contacted support via email, sent WhatsApp messages and held of the line for several weeks. All I got was an email saying my order will be dispatched and still never heard from them till this very day.

Terrible service. To this day I have not heard from them
