Terrible Customer Service ??

My parcel was suppose to be delivered on Friday 20-08-21 and I was advised to wait until 4:30pm and it was not delivered. I called in on Monday and the lady helped me and said Desmond Shabangu the driver will call me, he sent through a WhatsApp message that he had a breakdown on Friday and Buffalo logistics was suppose to inform me.

I called him for his location so I can collect my parcel, he said we must meet up at Tembisa mall he will catch a taxi...I get there and he still lie in my face. I take my parcel and drove off but decided to stop by the robot, he was waiting for me to drive off so he can get into his barkie car cause he **** and said he took a taxi because his barkie car is not working. I even drove back to get his registration number.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WORRIED cause I always use buffalo for all my parcels.
