Terrible courier: inconveniencing, poor customer service, not trustworthy

Terrible courier. If I had known I would have never used this delivery option. I am disappointed in Zasttra for recommending this service. The WhatsApp business account is a ghost service which makes it suspicious for ***** (even though the call center suggests it for a swifter response), I messaged for 3 days with no response. I was informed my delivery would arrive on the same day of dispatch but no one arrived and I had to wait into the night to ensure something hasn't gone wrong. The worst is that there is no after hours service so it makes it incredibly difficult to know whether the courier couldn't find the place or the driver got into an accident, or there has been some delay. I am still waiting for my package to be delivered with no definitive date or time, which in a time of a pandemic is very inconveniencing and inconsiderate.
