Terrible courier

If I could give them -5 stars I would. There is absolutely no communication from their side. It is near impossible to get any type of response from them - I have phoned (no answer), I have sent WhatsApp messages (no reply) and emailed them multiple times (no actual answers provided). I do not think wanting to know where my package is and why it is not being delivered is too much to ask? If they have lost it, the right thing to do would be to just let the customer know - but there is no feedback from them at all.
