Terrible Coommunication. Will ***** your package

And that one star is because I can't give a ZERO rating! Aside from their insanely poor communication; they may as well discontinue their WhatsApp, mobile line and email they are useless and not helpful. My package has been stuck who knows where and they are far from helpful! Apparently there was no answer on my TEL which is an absolute lie as I wasn't even called and now I am in limbo as I wait until they decide they actually want to do their job and service their customers
