Terrible communication and service

Not happy with their services. I've paid taxed on a parcel and now they come with this stupid thing of uploading POP order confirmation and Id and when trying to submit they keep saying error and when wanting a reason for the error there is no reason. This country is definitely going backwards. Do not do business through them.
