Terrible, appalling service

I literally cannot put into words how TERRIBLE the service you get from Buffalo is. The driver drove past me twice and went back to the warehouse with my parcel - then cited that I was not at home? I’ve been waiting for two days for them to make another delivery attempt. I hate their service and I hope that no one else gets to experience the ******* that I have experienced with them.
