Terrible

I would not give buffalo any stars. Not only is their customer service terrible but that are also unreliable. Our package has been detained since the first week of January. We submitted every document they asked for. And still nothing.

We got a refund from Shein. But now that it's time for buffalo to give us our refund for tax and duties, they are dragging their feet. They have not responded to a single email I've sent and every time I call they tell me to send an email again. Their call center agents are not helpful at all.
