Temu and Buffalo international logistics are the worst ever! DO NOT USE OR SUPPORT!
So I've order with temu who uses cape Buffalo logistics (worst ever), I have not received my parcel, nor did there driver try to deliver as a human with a brain that thinks further than there dumb nose! So I've paid taxes to Buffalo payment platform as required via the temu app for SA taxes perpose and now I've paid for something I didn't receive, why is there no way of taking the dumb SA government further for charging people for taxes on things that they don't receive. This is the worst service ever from temu for using unvetted proper delivery service, I will definitely never order from them again nor promote them!

I received a email telling me I need to repay for this delivery that was not attempted to be delivered by the driver as your driver stopped on my road but not in front of my building to deliver to my address. He was recorded on footage. He didn't enter my building to attempt to deliver. I've gotten hold of temu who has corrected the 8 in my number last week ago and it's still not been delivered. How are you people permitted to operate still. I've driven out 300r petrol and called out 200r air time trying to get my parcel and all has failed. This is very bad service after 2days and no response from your agent. I've requested for a manager to call me and no manage to this day has called. Definitely will not be using anything that buffalo deals with and word of mouth travels far. This is going on all social media platforms so people can know who not to use. You employ dumb robots who can't think nor read and dishoner instructions
