Taxes

I always order from Shein and never before had a problem with buffalo logistics, but this time is a problem. I received a message to pay taxes on the 5/10/22 and I paid on that date with immediate payment and I keep receiving messages to pay. I have been emailing and receiving an automated response. When I called them they told me to get proof of payment from my bank which I did and I emailed it to them but I still have no gotten a proper response. The number that I have to WhatsApp them does not even come up. I do not know what exactly to do now
