Tax Refund Delayed by Buffalo Logistics

Mapula Mazibuko purchased clothes and kitchen accessories from SHEIN, which were delivered but later declared lost by Buffalo Logistics. I was instructed to request a refund from SHEIN, which I did. However, they have overlooked the tax I paid, which they also need to refund. Despite submitting all required documents, including proof of payment last year, I have been passed from pillar to post for nearly a year without receiving my tax refund. It now feels as though I’ve lost that money indefinitely.
