TAX PAID BUT NO MOVEMENT

I got a message to pay for customs & I did pay on the same day, on the 26th of March, til today, I'm being called to pay, how when I paid? Plus it charges ridiculous amounts, of which I comp**** & paid, but here we are, 2 weeks later, they still want that tax & vat that I paid for via eft/via link on the email. Their call centre is a mess, ive tried calling, emailing and even uploading proof of payment, no movement whatsoever. That 1 star is not supposed be there, it doesn't deserve it, I'm so mad & inconvenienced
