Tax not updated and parcel not delivered

I paid my customers before the 1st of April but until today I haven't been cleared for tax they say I didn't pay and I have uploaded proof countless times and called their company they will tell you the issue has been escalated look for response in 24hrs but now it's almost a month of calling buffalo logistics everyday it's not fair honestly
