Tax charges not updated, parcel not being delivered!

Terrible experience, waiting on an order. They requested tax, all was paid we even managed to get a proof of payment from the bank as they requested and they STILL HAVENT UPDATED IT ON THEIR SYSTEM!!! Stole our money and our parcel! I REFUSE to pay those tax charges agaiin, can take the parcel and shove it up the couriers asses!! No number for the stupid courier company even exists, no one answers, whatsapp bot idiot behind the chat is just as useless
