[TAX AND DUTY][unsatisfied customer]

I order products and paid my tax and duty.They still did not approved my tax and duty paid.I submitted several times my proof of payments Contacted multiple times they say I need to submit my proof of payment but I already did and iewen contacting them did not seen any process.Iam losing hope that I will never get my package.
