Take your money and refuse to deliver goods

Horrible service and *********** staff. Paid import tax 26 June 23 before 12:00. Parcel already cleared af customs. Tax payment made via Buffalo website on the link they sent. Did instant eft with the Peach Payment option on Buffalo's website. Up to today 28 June 23 at almost 19:00 it still shows unpaid. Long after their 48 hour deadline as per the website. We spent hours calling them and they do not even know how Peach works. It cost me to get an official proof of payment from my bank. Sent to them and now they will investigate it and give feedback in 72 hours. What is there to investigate? They sit with my money and official proof as requested. Did report this to customs too.
