Swift delivery despite a major hurdle

I initially experienced a delay with my parcel when it was mistakenly sent to Cape Town instead of Johannesburg, even though I had confirmed my Gauteng, Wynberg address. I was quite stressed because I needed the items urgently for my kids.

However, I am pleased to share that my parcel was successfully delivered today, 11/12/2025, still within the promised delivery window of 09/12/2025 – 12/12/2025. Despite the initial misrouting, the delivery was completed on time and the issue was resolved.
