Surbub not matching address nonsense!

I am so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from Buffalo logistics. The cimmunication has been great till now. My Shein order has been sitting in their warehouse for 4 days now. They were supposed to deliver the parcel on Wednesday, I got the sms confirming delivery within 48hrs. No one came or called. When I checked the app again it says the parcel was returned to the warehouse because the address and suburb don't match. I've ordered plenty of times before and have never had this problem. I think the driver just didnt bother because it was getting late. No one even bothered to call me to ask about the address if that was the real issue. I even called their call center and the lady said the address is correct. I've now had to postpone things because there are items I need in that package. The call center lady said they might deliver on Saturday but still nothing. I'm escalating this to Shein for a refund if my parcel doesn't arrive on Monday. This is nonsense!
