stupid service from buffalo

Pathetic and ridiculous to say the least. I have been waiting for an order since December. They were meant to deliver one from Shein, on 30 December a claim was made that they tried to contact me with noresponse on *** while on the order I used my new number which fortunately appears on the invoice from the Shein app. Another failed attempt happened on 10 January 2025, this time with wrong items which the driver returned back with after i pointed it to him without signing anything. Now they have updated to say client received. the driver is not picking up his cellphone and the buffalo call centre agent promised that delivery will be amde either on the 15th or the 16th of January which evidently now has turned into a BIG LIE!!!!
