Stuck order since from the 5th of December

Being frustrated is an understatement I am infuriated and defeated,I mean I should have received my order from the 10th of December but nothing and there is no update none whatsoever it’s stuck in JHB transit for good 11 days now.I don’t know what will become of my baby should I not receive my order by at least the 21st as I am going home on the 22nd for festive,I never thought it will get to a point where I would have to beg for things I paid for I mean I also paid for customs but am being treated as if I didn’t.People who ordered after already received theirs but mine is stuck for what I don’t know and guess what buffalo n it’s stuff don’t give a damn being going there but I was being told to wait until I receive an sms I even changed from delivery to collection to make things easier but ahh is as if they forgotten about my order.When you try to call them the only thing you talk to its IVR machine,I always thought buffalo was better than aramex but no aramex call centre is working at leat you get to talk to a live agent unlike buffalo who does not take us serious. Do better marn why do you continue accepting people’s order knowing very well that you have a backlog?
