Stresssed customer

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Buffalo International Logistics due to their poor communication practices. The entire process left me feeling frustrated, uninformed, and lacking any confidence in the company's commitment to transparency or customer service. To start, I order on the 28th of October and I was supposed to receive the delivery today . There are no updates whatsoever and it is really frustrating. There were long stretches of time when the tracking status didn't change at all, and I received no updates about my package's whereabouts. As a customer, it's frustrating not knowing if an order is progressing, especially when valuable items are involved and there's no way to get any sort of meaningful update.
