Stinking attitude

I called Buffalo to follow up on the payment I had made to my surprise the call was picked up by Chante or whatever her name is wow the stinking attitude she gave me from the beginning of the call it's appalling.When I asked for her surname she did not wana give me the surname and said it's against company policy how is that even possible? Finally she said her surname is Pretorius not even sure if she was telling the truth all I can say is we pay whole lot of money to be dealing with stinking attitudes when we merely need assistance .
