Still waiting on my shein order

My tracking number is BUFZA***YQ. My shein order has been out since the 1st of April now pls help me understand if your parcel is OUT FOR DELIVERY YOU GET IT THE SAME DAY!!!!!not 3 to 5 days later or wait for God knows how long you people decide you want to deliver.and in the meantime you disregard one's whole life as we can't leave the house as one does not know when upu arriving and then let's not talk about the lack of customer service.i have emailed so many time I lost count and not 1REPLY I HAVE CALLED AND GET TREATED LIKE I OWE YOU SOMEYHING...this company has no regards for there customers,buffalo will be the cause that shein looses a large client base and pls explain how a parcel from China gets to south africa faster than a local courier vopmany gets your package to your door.does this make and sense...this is the worse service I ever got do not know how you people are still in business. You suppose yo deliver a service but you can't even communicate with client.theres no way of contact then with out having the phone dropped in your ear.and no reply on email.And I'm sure there are 1000s of south Africans that's fed up with this horrible service.b9ttom line I want my package I paid for !!!!!
