Still waiting a month and half for refund

I purchased on shein using buffalo 28th may 2024 a couple of buffalos tracks got hijacked with my order in I got refund letter I filled it in and emailed it back to them with my prove of payments of shein and custom,two weeks afta I emailed my documents to them I called they tell me they did not receive anything I resend 5 times still no respond no refund nothing really upset no money no order
