Still not received order

I honestly wanted a zero rate option unfortunately it's not there. I have placed my shein order on the 2nd of February till today I haven't received my package. On the day of delivery I received an email stating my order was returned because the client requested a reschedule. How do I request a reschedule when you never called me?. Fine-I called the following day and they told me my order will be delivered within 48 hours. After 48hours of waiting with no update I called again and f*** they extended to 72 hours. Like do you guys understand that you are dealing with my money HERE?? . I paid Over 500 for delivery and for you to treat me like this? THE OCCASIONS I ORDERED THE OUTFITS FOR ARE LONG OVERDUE. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT NOW? YOU GUYS ARE *********** AND FAILING SHEIN CUSTOMER. I AM SOO DISAPPOINTED
