*****ing goods???

I received a parcel for goods ordered from Buffalo Logistics about an hour ago. i was in a meeting and couldn't receive the parcel. It was delivered at reception. When I got the Parcel I was horrified - there was a sponge inside. The goods I ordered weighs about 6kgs and was for $31.00 The package had no forwarders address or invoice. Only Buffalo Logistics address. It seems my parcel was taken and a dummy product delivered. Is Buffalo logistics *****ing the goods???
