Stay far away from Buffalo.

Probably the worst carrier ever. With the most unacceptable unprofessional service. Utterly rude staff members and beyond slow. As long as this courier is with temu or shein i wont ever order on one of those sites again. Ill stick with Amazon south africa and takealot, yes they more expensive but for the price of service id gladly pay as takealot and Amazon SA are professional and reliable with the best staff members ever. The takealot and amazon sa team have the friendliest most professional team members. I'd also use any other courier as they also super nice . I think the only horrible one so far is Buffalo, Poor service, slow service, i hope one day in the future they will learn from the other couriers how to be professional and fast, because 1 star is a little too high for Buffalo.
