what a ****py, incompented, rude bunch of embiciles, I hate this logistics company with all my heart, they ruined my christmas for me, not to mention the rudeness of staff, there is this white woman called Judy Jooste, the most rudeness & incompentant person I have ever had to deal with, I have been waiting for my parcel for over a month, and when you call, they do not pick up, you hold for hours, only for our calls to be cut off! I will never ever buy from Shein again because of this logistics company, they do not deserve a single star!!!
