Stay Away

Worst service ever experienced by any company. I ordered items on Shein end of October, paid all the duties. The delivery driver was at our offices twice, way outside of office hours that they'll tell you they'll never cross, and ever since nothing has changed or updated. After a literal 23 mails, 44 days and many calls, I found out the package is at their warehouse in Centurion, but collections are not allowed. Every agent and manager I spoke to says that the package is there, but no-one can answer me when a delivery is scheduled. 44 days and counting, without as much as a call or actual informative information.
