*********** staff regarding REFUNDS

Good day, kindly note of 14 February 2024 i requested a refund from Buffalo International logistics via email and all the necessary forms and PDF documents were attached as required for BUFZA***YQ. I have made several calls on *** and spoke to Kamogelo, Luvuyo, Eban and many others who advised that the matter has been escalated with reference ***. I spoke to Didi the Team Leader / supervisor on the 15/3/2024 @ 10:39 who advised that she would investigate why the matter is taking so long and will call me back at 13:00 on the 15/3/2024. To date i have not received my refund or a call from Didi or anyone else Their service is totally pathetic and the staff very unprofessional and ***********. I want my money asap.
