Staff lies and customers service is no help.

I am having such a bad experience with this company. My package was supposed to be delivered on 05.02.2026 but that never happend.

Checking where is was it shows cleint request rescheduling. And that never happend. I called the customer service line. They were no help at all. Apparently the driver called me and asked for me but I never came out. That was 100% a lie. I got no call from no one nor anyone came in looking for me.

Now I am still waiting for the package that needs to be delivered to me. I even asked if I can pick it up myself and they told me that is not allowed. I don't know what to do now.

That package is apart of my wedding stuff. I really need it.
