Placed my order on the 26th March 2023 but never received it yet, I received an sms saying that my order is on its way then 10 minutes later an email saying I gave the wrong address. I was so surprised at how *********** and unprofessional Buffalo Logistics employees are, how is it that Takealot uses the same address I used for Buffalo Logistics but they it's wrong? I didn't even receive a call, I paid for everything but there hasn't been any update whatsoever about my order. Buffalo Logistics is the worst company I've ever had of.
