Slow order

I ordered from Shein on the 18 of March 2024 but I haven't recieved my order yet they are slow with poor communication. Now my order has been on inbound manifest since 29 March the status is not changing and I'm panicking because I want to go another province now I can't because of this order and if now I change address it will be more late than ever I so wish to have my order before the week ends.
