SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE

I ordered a watch which has been advertised widely on social media on the 19/05/21. The parcel left Shenzen China on the 30/06/21 for South Africa, it arrived in JHB SA on the 04/06/21 at customs and was cleared by customs at 19:15B. This parcel has being sitting at the warehouse since Friday 04/06/21 and has not moved. When I enquired I was told I must wait for every parcel that has entered SA to be cleared first. I have been reading the reviews on the item I purchased and out of the 9 reviews read which are all from South Africa every single one received their parcel within 7 days of ordering it, so why should I have to wait for every item ordered by every Chinese shop in SA to be cleared before I get my parcel delivered
