Simo Mwandla rude to customers

It's very dissapoing that we order at shein and pay with our hard earned cash and we have to be served by people like Simo Mwandla from Buffalo Couriers who take people for granted and not deliver their parcels instead scan them as if they have been handed to customers but instead returned back to the warehouse. Buffalo please hire people who want to work and have good customer service.
