SICK AND TIRED!!!

My parcel has been transit for 16 days. It's now sitting at the Buffalo Airport Warehouse where I had to call and ask what the hold up is and they say it's on hold because one of their agents updated my cell number. I am sick and tired now of their stories and antics, all I ask is that they deliver my parcel and then I will never use them or buy from a place that uses them as their carrier service. Highly annoyed!!!
