SHOCKING SERVICE - Do not use this company!!

I find this service shocking. I, at fault included the wrong ref when doing a customs payment however submitted my proof of payment immediately so they could allocate accordingly with the correct Reference. I have logged MANY tickets, I have requested MANY calls as to the status of my parcel. I have tried to call 5 times and after waiting for 20 minutes and getting to the front of the queue the call drops. My tracking on the app says its been at international customs for over 2 weeks now even though I have called daily to make sure it gets release. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. And I will advise the outlet who submitted the parcel as well. Its a bad reflection on them that the order is not delivered on time.
