Shocking Service!

Worst service ever! I logged a high value Shein return 5 weeks ago and yet to date no one has come to collect it despite my numerous phone calls to the useless call centre who do absolutely nothing about it and now Shein has confirmed that they’re closing the return request in the next few days due to the parcel not being received. It’s such disgraceful service and sadly nobody at Buffalo Logistics actually cares.
