Shocking Service

I have never had such shocking service. I have been **** to, the agents are rude. They have put the phone down on me. I am waiting for a Loss Letter for a parcel which has been lost. I was promised I would have it by COB last Friday. Nothing. I was promised I would have it by COB yesterday. Nothing. Today I was told it was only registered as lost yesterday!!!! Two exceptionally rude agents No supervisors prepared to take my call.
