Shocking service

I placed an order with Shein on the 29th April. Everything paid for including the tax. I got a sms on the 8th May to say my parcel will be delivered in the next 48 hours. It's now one week later and still nothing. Been checking on the website and it said my parcel is under query??? After holding on for 5 minutes yesterday to get through to a consultant, as the whatsapp app is a load of sh*t and does not work. I get told my delivery address is incorrect??? How can that be possible? When i placed my order I most definitely put the correct delivery address down??? Does Buffalo logistics just change delivery address??? I was told ( by Angelina) that it will take 48 hours for the changes to be made! when I checked the site again today ( 15/05/2024) it says the same thing.... parcel under query? My daughter's birthday is next week Wednesday. I have bought her things that she asked for on Shein. If I don't get that parcel by this week Friday what do I tell my 8 year old daughter where her gifts are??? The service is shocking and being the first time to order from Shein, I don't want to order ever again as the service with Buffalo is really unacceptable
