Shocking service

Shocking Service Buffalo International Logistics is terrible. I have not received my order from Shein, I have paid delivery and customs duty taxes and my status has not changed, I have followed up via email, WhatsApp and tried phoning - all mediums of communications have been unsuccessful. This is a disgrace.
