Shocking service¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a tax payment to Buffalo in error, Fast way couriers was the correct courier. I have phoned, filled in 17 refund forms, sent proof of payments and sent about 19 emails. All I get as a reply is a computer generated reply 'THANK you for reaching out... Please download our App (I have) or visit our website) I have). PATHETIC service, absolutely no regard for customer service. They do the delivering for SHEIN and Temu and now I don't want to order anymore, so I can avoid Buffalo. *******!!!!!! I am frustrated and so tired!!!!!!!!!!
