Shocking Service

I have been battling for 3 weeks to get them to collect return parcels. They don't reply to your emails, they don't answer emails. I have tried to contact them on social media platforms and all you get is to talk to a Bot that cannot assist you. I will never order from Shein or Temu again because of Buffalo Logistic's bad service.
